TERMS & AUTHORIZATION
Gen Central agrees to provide the maintenance services for the plan selected on page 1 for the term selected on page 1, commencing upon payment. Multi-year bundles are billed for the full term at the discounted rate shown on page 1 and are non-cancelable except for cause. Thereafter the Agreement automatically renews for additional one-year terms unless terminated by written notice at least 30 days before the current term ends. It covers only the routine maintenance included in the selected plan; the covered scope is detailed on the "What's Included" service schedule on page 3. Parts and labor not covered by the manufacturer's warranty will incur additional charges. All work follows manufacturer guidelines. All other warranties are disclaimed. Gen Central is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or incidental damages arising from this Agreement.
